Do you believe in Magic? Well I hope you do!

Prepare yourself as Dead Air 126 takes us all the way back to 1978 to discuss the Anthony Hopkins film, Magic.

Corky is a down on his luck magician who’s got the talent but no charm. He’s got to come up with a solution or his career is dead in the water.

He needs a little help to wow the audience and that comes in the form of Fats. A wise cracking wooden dummy that has the crowd eating out of his hand. Corky’s on the verge of making it big. A major deal with NBC, but the routine procedure of a medical exam before the contracts can be signed has him heading for the hills. Puppet in tow.

Why did he leave? Is it truly a fear of success? Or something else? This much is certain. It’s a secret worth killing for!
