Alison is a normal suburban girl living a quiet life in Springwood, Ohio. However, she is about to be stalked in her dreams by a mysterious burnt man, with knives for fingers.
Meanwhile, a young psychologist named Julianne returns to town after a long absence, armed with the knowledge that this dreamstalker is the infamous Freddy Krueger!
