You may be home, but you’re not without Dead Air! It’s that time of year again and with the season comes episode 210: With the 2016 film – Better, Watch Out!
17 year old Ashley is about to move away with her family but for old time sake she takes up on last babysitting gig for the Lerner family. She’s been watching little Luke since he was eight years old and now at 12 they’re just like old friends. Luke however wants to be more than friends and hopes Ashley’s last night fueled with scary movies and a little champagne could make her finally realize he was meant for her.
His plans are cut short however when it becomes obvious that someone outside wants in and if anyone attempts to leave – they die.

Halloween isn’t a date – it’s a state of mind! It’s no trick because Dead Air is the Podcast with an episode full of treats! Episode 209 has us take on the 2023 film: Dark Harvest!

Jim is the winner of the 1963 Run which means he’s taken down the infamous Saw-Tooth Jack! The October Boy! A murderous menace with a pumpkin for a head! For his troubles he’s rewarded with money, a house for his family and a car with a one way ticket out of his dead-end town. One year later the run starts again with a new batch of boys vying for the top spot! The goal is simple. The October Boy returns and you must kill him before he reaches the Church at the center of town. One boy wants it more than anyone. Richie. Jim’s brother who won it last year. He’s got angst he’s got moxy and more importantly, he’s got a plan to follow in his brother’s footsteps and kill Saw-Tooth Jack so he can join his brother to escape the town that no one leaves.

Dead Air Ep 208 – Hell House LLC

On October 31st 2023. A Podcast broadcasting out of Canada broadcasted its Halloween episode. Two Podcasters died that night, the hosts of the show. Their surviving family members agreed to let the episode air. That way you could all hear Wes and Lydia discuss the 2016 found footage film; Hell House LLC

A Haunt built from the remains of the Abbadon Hotel in upstate New York was set to open on Oct 8th. Instead of thrills and chills everyone got more than they bargained for, which resulted in fifteen people being killed. The circumstances have never been revealed on what really happened that night. Until now.

A fan favorite, but relatively unknown to the general public. A film which spawned a franchise that has opened up the strange and Hellish world of the Abbadon Hotel. The latest film Hell House Origins: The Carmichael Manor is now streaming on Shudder!

Dead Air Ep 206 – Whispering Corridors

Within the secrets of this Podcast lies the secrets and the sins, of Dead Air!

Episode 206 see’s us discuss one of the most influential Korean horror films ever made and one we’ve been threatening to do for years, 1998’s; Whispering Corridors.

In an all girls school in South Korea an old teacher is brutally strangled and hung outside on the grounds for all to see. This starts a chilling tail of lies, murder and mystery with one thing for certain. The dead do not rest and will have their revenge for the sins of the brutal teachers who work here. The buried and tragic past will come back to haunt anyone who would disrupt these whispering corridors.
