After a little hiatus we’re back and ready to discuss the 1988 horror classic; Child’s Play!

Andy is a typical, sugar sucking, spoiled, 80’s kid. A kid deep in the woods on the Good Guy’s franchise. The latest toy in the craze is a talking Doll. Moving head, blinking eyes, Three phrases, this doll’s got everything!

However, thanks to the groovy-voodoo of notorious serial killer, Charles Lee Ray. Chucky is alive and on a murderous path of revenge against the people who wronged him in life. Will Andy be able to convince anyone to believe that his doll is alive and killing people? Will there be anyone left alive to believe him?

The movie that started the career of one of the most famous killer dolls in the history of horror! All this and some rants about remakes!

The Dead Air Podcast was originally supposed to be a small five minute section within a larger show that was to be hosted by our mutual friend and former Rue Morgue Radio host/ producer; Tomb Dragomir. After I made the pilot, I realized that a segment where I talked by myself, sucked. I contacted Lydia and we started to make small segments for Tomb’s show. After about a year of waiting for a very busy Tomb we decided to take matters in to our own hands and launch Dead Air as its own show. Each week we sit down and discuss a horror movie that is either requested by you guys or from our own personal collections.
