However, what was supposed to be a much deserved and cathartic observation of the madman’s execution via the electric chair becomes the first chapter in a ghostly rampage Jenke will enact upon Lucas in his Family. Heidi is an ex-junkie radio DJ broadcasting as part of a trio out of Salem, Massachusetts. She’s enjoying a quiet life of cool drinks, cool friends, cool music and a cool dog. Until one day a mysterious record shows up at the station by a group named “The Lords” What comes out as a droning noise to most is in truth and ancient song crafted centuries ago at the founding of Salem itself. It calls to her and any woman who has ancestors dating back to the areas origins. Dark visions haunt her and slowly start to oppress her all the while her friends are pushed away by a meddling group of older women who seem hellbent on keeping Heidi isolated until she is ready to enter the supposedly empty room five of her building.
There are scary things we don’t understand. Your minds try to fill in the blanks. However, none of that is necessary when you’ve got episode 211 of Dead Air where we discuss the 2023 film: The boogeyman! The Harper family is trying to put their lives together after the tragic loss of their matriarch. Dad returns to his home psychology practice while his daughters, Sophie and little Sawyer return to school. The sudden appearance of a disturbed man named Lester Billings, looking for help, ends in his apparent suicide. The trauma rocks the Harper family further which is likely why the talk of a monster being responsible for the death of Billings’ children is ignored.
Soon, both sisters come to grips that whatever killed Lester’s kids has followed him here and is now stalking them. They know nothing about this mysterious monsters except one thing – It’s hungry!

On October 31st 2023. A Podcast broadcasting out of Canada broadcasted its Halloween episode. Two Podcasters died that night, the hosts of the show. Their surviving family members agreed to let the episode air. That way you could all hear Wes and Lydia discuss the 2016 found footage film; Hell House LLC
A Haunt built from the remains of the Abbadon Hotel in upstate New York was set to open on Oct 8th. Instead of thrills and chills everyone got more than they bargained for, which resulted in fifteen people being killed. The circumstances have never been revealed on what really happened that night. Until now.
A fan favorite, but relatively unknown to the general public. A film which spawned a franchise that has opened up the strange and Hellish world of the Abbadon Hotel. The latest film Hell House Origins: The Carmichael Manor is now streaming on Shudder!
