It’s time once again for our more than annual ritual! We’re heading to the black fly infested forests of beautiful Ontario Canada for episode 219 of Dead Air where we discuss the underrated classic Rituals.
Five doctors head into the deep and isolated woods near Lake Superior on their annual trip in hopes of fishing, rest and relaxation. However, they are soon stalked and tormented by an unknown assailant that seems to know their every move. What started as a once in a lifetime vacation turns to a deadly and desperate bid for survival.

Old wounds will open and new wounds will be formed!

George is a severely disturbed individual and part of an experimental psychiatric program. After a series of graphic nightmares he leaves on a journey to Florida where he secretly begins a murderous rampage of local young women. What’s worst is now he’s sought shelter in the home of family of a single mother who is non-the-wiser. Will they discover George before he can take his rampage to its bloody conclusion? Or will his monstrous nightmares overtake him and lead him to commit an endless series of heinous murders?!

There are scary things we don’t understand. Your minds try to fill in the blanks. However, none of that is necessary when you’ve got episode 211 of Dead Air where we discuss the 2023 film: The boogeyman!
The Harper family is trying to put their lives together after the tragic loss of their matriarch. Dad returns to his home psychology practice while his daughters, Sophie and little Sawyer return to school. The sudden appearance of a disturbed man named Lester Billings, looking for help, ends in his apparent suicide. The trauma rocks the Harper family further which is likely why the talk of a monster being responsible for the death of Billings’ children is ignored.

Soon, both sisters come to grips that whatever killed Lester’s kids has followed him here and is now stalking them. They know nothing about this mysterious monsters except one thing – It’s hungry!

Dead Air Ep 209 – Dark Harvest

Halloween isn’t a date – it’s a state of mind! It’s no trick because Dead Air is the Podcast with an episode full of treats! Episode 209 has us take on the 2023 film: Dark Harvest!

Jim is the winner of the 1963 Run which means he’s taken down the infamous Saw-Tooth Jack! The October Boy! A murderous menace with a pumpkin for a head! For his troubles he’s rewarded with money, a house for his family and a car with a one way ticket out of his dead-end town. One year later the run starts again with a new batch of boys vying for the top spot! The goal is simple. The October Boy returns and you must kill him before he reaches the Church at the center of town. One boy wants it more than anyone. Richie. Jim’s brother who won it last year. He’s got angst he’s got moxy and more importantly, he’s got a plan to follow in his brother’s footsteps and kill Saw-Tooth Jack so he can join his brother to escape the town that no one leaves.
