Dead Air Ep 259 – Veronica

It’s time to turn your glasses over and place them on the Oujia board. Today, we commune with the latest episode of Dead Air!

Veronica is a young high-school girl with a lot of responsibility. After her father died she has been forced to look after her three younger siblings while her mother works.

Out of a desperate need to speak to her father, during a solar eclipse her and her friends attempt to contact the dead, but, Veronica will end up contacting something far more sinister.

Now, it’s up to her and her very young siblings to protect their household from the forces of evil, that would seek to destroy them all.

In a remote village a legend looms that keeps children inside at night unless they risk their lives! This curse dates back decades and tells of twin girls born, one good, one evil. The evil one is said to be the devil’s child, who would come collect her in 10 years. Sadly, her father witnessed her death at birth. Now, her spirit haunts them all. She will protect her sister Kumala by any means necessary. The past will come back to not only haunt them, but, kill them all.

Clemens is a doctor who is in need of passage to England. By a stroke of luck, a ship named the Demeter is set to sail. It carries a mysterious cargo and promises big money if they can make it in record time. Their destination; England.

Before long the ships livestock is slaughtered by what appears to be some sort of savage beast. Soon, members of their crew begin to go missing. It becomes clear that the Demeter may make it to shore. However, its crew might not be alive to collect their pay.

Alicia returns to help take care of her comatose mother. her, her husband and young daughter Nora, try to reconnect with Alicia’s sister and of course her estranged mother. Yet, the past comes back and the shared family trauma inflicted on the sisters begins to cause friction. Moreover, Nora has taken an unnatural obsession with her grandmother and every day becomes a darker version of herself. Alicia starts to see that her daughter is under the influence of their wicked mother. Their mother actively practiced the darkest magics. How far can her guilt allow her to look the other way? Even now, her mother’s cruel vengeance is as potent as it was all those years ago.
